Boiler Statutory Inspections
36 month Statutory inspection
Full preparation of Boiler for both the 36 month statutory inspection and the 12 month statutory inspection, as required by the Health & Safety Act of 2010.
INSPECTION INCLUDES:
- Stripping and cleaning of Boiler Shell, Boiler Tubes, Acid wash
- Refurbish and Certify valves and components
- NDT & UT Testing on all critical welds
- Repairing of all faulty components and reassemble Boiler
- Final Inspection done by an AIA includes a pressure test and commissioning of the boiler by the manufacturer.
Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Boilers
Trained & Certified By John Thompson
We have a team of Boiler House Supervisors, Boiler Operators & Boiler Assistants that were trained & certified By John Thompson. We ensure that all operating procedures are adhered too, including completing hourly log sheet recordings, water analysis and treatment & using the correct quality of coal according to specifications.
By maximizing the efficiency of the boilers, we can save significant operating costs.
We are fully certified (Coded) and to weld on Pressure Vessels and Piping according to both the British Standard and the American Standard as required by the Health & Safety Act of 2010.
